The abstract representation for Les Amoureux, the lovers, appeared to me from one minute to the other before my inner eye. The image was already very clear and I just had to refine the details.
Two beings, each a free individual and yet forming a human heart together, are intimately connected in three points. In the third eye – the opening to soul and spirit, in the heart and in the sex – as a symbol of physical love. Energy is flowing between them.
It is a novelty that I have created a series with three different color combinations to represent a theme. I worked out this color concept so that each representation creates a slightly different effect.
