The organizational form of the company Nine Internet Solutions AG is based on sociocratic principles such as highest possible transparency for everyone, consensus as a form of decision or the holism in which the person as a whole with all its facets can be what his/herself.

In addition, skills such as creativity and communication are becoming increasingly important in today’s working world. Art in shared workspaces is one way of promoting these skills among employees.

Nine asked me to exhibit some of my works and I was very happy to do so. I chose the cycle “Einstein’s Theory of Relativity”. The messages that these paintings include and emit at the same time optimally correspond to the sociocratic principles and thereby promote the culture that goes with them.

I have placed the three paintings of the cycle on the company’s premises in such a way that they are present in selected meeting areas and meeting rooms and can accordingly stimulate reflection and discussion.
